Join the Food Systems Literacy Community

The Food Systems Literacy Community is an online space for people building the capacity to understand and work across whole food systems. It brings together researchers, educators, practitioners and students to learn from one another, share what works, and grow food systems literacy — the ability to see the system whole and act within it.

Food systems are complex, and no one discipline sees the whole. Food systems literacy is the capability to navigate the connections — to see the system whole, know your place in it, and act with awareness of the consequences. It’s what this community exists to build.

The community is a place to:

learn

through Winter Schools and
courses, co-creation
workshops, and other
resources

share

practical tools, teaching
material, and experience
across disciplines and sectors

connect

with others building food
systems capacity across
Europe and beyond

Grow your food systems literacy with people doing the same

Teach food systems? Share your work

The community is built by the people who teach, too. If you run a programme, course or training in food systems, add it so others can find it — and connect with a growing community of educators doing the same.
